Duane E. Kandler, age 84, of Chilton, died on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at Willowdale Health and Rehab Center in New Holstein. He was born August 17, 1932 in Fond du Lac, son of the late Charles H. & Valesca (Sontag) Kandler. He was a lifelong member of Ebenezer United Church of Christ in Chilton and was confirmed by the Rev. E.L. Hennig in 1944. He was a Chilton High School Graduate, class of 1952 and began working at Calumet Printing Co.. More... 

Robert “Bob” Carl Baumhardt, 88, of Fond du Lac, died Saturday, September 3, 2016, at All About Life Rehabilitation Center. He was born on October 16, 1927, in Fond du Lac, a son of Albert and Estelle Rosenbaum Baumhardt. Robert served with the United States Army from 1954-1956 during the Korean Conflict. Jerome J. Guell, 74, passed away unexpectedly and peacefully at home with his wife and loved ones on September 1, 2016. He was born in Fond du Lac on November 1, 1941, a son of Irving and Josephine (Schmidt) Guell. Jerry attended St. Mary’s grade school through 8th grade. Jake Ryan Bunnell, age 16, of Stockbridge, died on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at Theda Care Hospital in Neenah. He was born June 19, 2000 in Appleton, son of Steven & Carrie (Baer) Bunnell. Jake was currently enrolled at Chilton High School where he was also playing on the football team. Richard "Dick" Mielke of the Town of Osceola, went his heavenly home on Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center. He was born May 24, 1934 in Fond du Lac, the son of Louis and Lena (Schultz) Mielke. On Dec. 11, 1965, Dick married Sally Habeck at Trinity Lutheran Church, Dundee where Dick was a lifelong member. Wyman Kastein, 92, of Waupun, was called to his heavenly home on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at the Christian Home & Rehabilitation Center in Waupun surrounded by his family.
