Alex W. Stevens, 34, died unexpectedly at his home on March 30, 2017. He was a beloved son, father, brother, uncle and nephew. Alex was born on June 21, 1982 in Fond du lac to Yvonne S. Ackerman (Stevens) and Roy Curtis. He grew up with four siblings. Alex enjoyed BMX racing, fishing and karate growing up. He graduated from Stevens Point Area High School. Walter A. Smith, age 87, of New Holstein, died on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Atrium Post Acute Care in New Holstein. He was born November 25, 1929 in Braman, Oklahoma, son of the latek George & Betsy (Blankenship) Smith. Walter married Judy S. "Mimi" Kuwazaki on January 22, 1949 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Brenda Mae (Hoffman) Morrow, 65, peacefully passed away into the arms of her Savior on Monday, March 27, 2017, at All About Life Rehabilitation Center in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. He was born in West Bend on June 30, 1947, the son of John and Irene (Ketter) Meyer. Jim graduated from Campbellsport High School in 1965. Lisa Marie Vanden Elzen, age 53 of Hilbert, was given the devastating news one week ago that she had pancreatic cancer. Robert L. Schwobe, age 86, of Chilton, died on Saturday, March 25, 2017 in Chilton. He was born August 17, 1930 in Chilton, son of the late Henry & Pauline (Hanke) Schwobe.
