Lois was born November 11, 1941 in Racine, the daughter of Clarence and Eleanor Enders Kotenbeutel. Lois attended schools in Wabeno, Appleton, and St. Cloud. Myron (Mike) L. Hull, 85, of Waupun died Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Hospice Home of Hope in Fond du Lac. Mike was born September 11, 1928 in Alto, the son of Herman and Merle Zastrow Hull. Theodore “Ted” K. Vande Berg, Sr., 84 of Fond du Lac, died Thursday, February 6, 2014 at St. Agnes Hospital. He was born in Waupun on December 30, 1929 the son of Henry and Katie Vande Busch Vande Berg Sr. On April 29, 1950 he married Charmaine “Chere” A. Petermann at Grace Reformed Church, Fond du Lac.
