Kennedy Lynn Burgess, 14, of Fond du Lac, died Friday, May 6, 2016 at Children’s Hospital in Wauwatosa. She was born September 12, 2001 in Milwaukee, the daughter of Robert Jr. and Colleen Hoyt Burgess. Kennedy was homeschooled with interaction with Roberts Elementary and Theisen Junior High School. Mary C. Schroeder, 88, a resident of the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home, died on Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at St. Agnes Hospital. She was born September 2, 1927, in Waupun, the daughter of Ralph and Esther Yanke Crain. Mary was a 1945 graduate of Waupun High School. Susan J. Williams, 88, of Lamartine and Fond du Lac, died Friday, May 6, 2016, at St. Francis Terrace. She was born on February 12, 1928, at the Williams’ farm in Rogersville, the daughter of Chester A. and Jennie Pinkerton Williams. Carl A. Gebhart, age 85, of Chilton, died on Friday, May 6, 2016 at Atrium Post Acute Care in Chilton. He was born February 18, 1931 in the Town of Charlestown, son of the late Otto and Marie (Hoffman) Gebhart. Carl served his country in the United States Army from November 19, 1951 to August 18, 1953 during the Korean War. He was baptized Aloysius Joseph and known as Al, Ollie, Albert, Big Al, Swerve, Chief, Alwis, Uncle Al, Grandpa or Dad, depending on how you knew him.
