AdvisorSmith.com Names FDL Top 10 Manufacturing City
A new study released by AdvisorSmith.com places Fond du Lac 9th in the nation when it comes to the communities where manufacturing and manufacturing jobs are thriving.
According to AdvisorSmith.com, Fond du Lac had 181% more manufacturing jobs per capita than the national average. In the overall manufacturing rankings, Fond du Lac also ranked 35th overall for manufacturing is thriving, beating out Oshkosh, Green Bay and Appleton.
AdvisorSmith.com pointed to the marine industry, industrial equipment and food products as the keys to putting Fond du Lac into the top 10.
