Agnesian HealthCare Announces Promotion

Agnesian HealthCare is proud to announce the promotion of Jenna Floberg, BS, NHA, to executive director of Villa Loretto and Villa Rosa in Mt. Calvary.

In this new role, Floberg will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Villa Loretto and Villa Rosa, which offers long-term care services including skilled nursing care and assisted living apartments.

Doug Trost, St. Francis Home president and chief executive officer, made the announcement recently to the organization.

“Jenna has a passion for long-term care,” according to Trost. “She is a driven leader and brings a great understanding of Agnesian HealthCare, which is a real plus. She has proven herself as a strong leader, and is ready for the next step in her career. We’re all excited for her, and she will do extremely well.”

Floberg joined Agnesian HealthCare in August 2012 as the assistant administrator of St. Francis Home. In July 2015, she was named a director at St. Francis Home and administrator of the Transitional Care Unit at St. Agnes Hospital, a role she will continue while at Villa Loretto and Villa Rosa.

“Jenna has been very active in many Agnesian HealthCare system committees and has played an important role in leading the development of St. Francis Home’s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program and Resident Experience Team,” according to Trost. “Jenna is also very actively involved in the community and is currently serving as the president-elect of the Young Professionals of Fond du Lac.”

Floberg earned a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. She is a 2015 Future 5 Recipient with the Young Professionals of Fond du Lac and was awarded 2016’s Top 3 Under 30 by the New North B2B magazine. She is actively involved in the Young Professionals of Fond du Lac and Envision Fond du Lac, as well as the Boys and Girls Club of Fond du Lac.

“I’m excited about working with all of the associates at the Villas and learning about their culture as a rural facility with such strong community support,” Floberg says. “I am looking forward to using my knowledge of Agnesian HealthCare processes to help integrate them more into our system.”
