Appleton Man Faces Over 150 Years in Prison on Human, Drug Trafficking Charges

An Appleton man faces over 150 years in prison after being convicted on multiple counts related to the trafficking of people and drugs. Willie Allison was found guilty on three counts of human trafficking, one count of 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, two counts of Delivery of Heroin, and another count of Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place – all as a repeat offender.

Police began investigating Allison after a woman overdosed on heroin last year, and later told first responders that Allison had fled the scene. Investigators found that Allison had multiple ads for women on Backpage.com, and that he pimped the women out – at times holding their drugs, money, and food from them – and physically beating them. He faces up to 152 years in prison.
