Applicants Sought For FDL County Register Of Deeds
Governor Scott Walker is seeking applicants for appointment as the Register of Deeds in Fond du Lac County. The new appointee will fill the vacancy created by the death of Patricia Kraus and complete a term ending January 3, 2017. Applicants must reside in Fond du Lac County at the time the appointment becomes effective. Those who are interested in applying for the position should submit a cover letter and resume. An application can be found at Governor Walker’s website: www.walker.wi.gov. Once you’re there click on the “Apply to Serve” tab at the top of the page. Completed application materials should be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and by mail to Office of the Governor, Attention: Eric Esser, Appointments Director, 115 East, State Capitol, Madison, WI 53707-7863. Applicants should outline in their cover letters what professional and academic experiences qualify them to be Register of Deeds and describe their civic activities and community involvement.
