BD Superintendent Compliments Police Over Handling Of Threat

Beaver Dam Schools Superintendent Steve Vessey praised the Beaver Dam Police Department for their response to last Friday’s threats. Vessey commented during Monday’s School Board meeting that the department’s response was fast and efficient. He also complimented police for their presence at Beaver Dam Schools Monday even though there was no longer an imminent threat. He also said that closing school last Friday due to the threats was justified.
