Beaver Dam School Closed Indefinitely After Wednesday Crash

A school in Beaver Dam is closed indefinitely after a crash
earlier this week. A news release from the Beaver Dam School District says that
Beaver Dam Middle School has been closed for safety reasons, as cleanup efforts
from the crash are more complicated than were expected. The district says three
professional cleanup and restoration teams have been working to clean up the
damage caused when 22-year-old Roy Cortez crashed his car into the building late
Wednesday night. The school district said it is possible the school will re-open
by Thursday night for a sixth grade open house, but no guarantees can be made at
this time. School is set to start in the district on September 3rd
