Blankets Donated To Dodge County Sheriff’s Dept

Recently, the Phi-Beta-Cabin Quilters donated Comfort Care Blankets to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office so that one blanket could be placed in all of the sheriff’s office patrol vehicles to be given out to those who may need something warm to help comfort them in a time of distress.

The Phi-Beta-Cabin Quilters raised funds to accomplish this through a brat fry and donations from guild members and community members.  The quilters also were able to donate quilts to the Beaver Dam and Juneau Police Departments.

The guild meets monthly at Keystone Manor Apartments and they make pieced quilts to donate to benefits, charities and disasters.  Baby items have been made for other charities.  This guild has been together over 20 years and we will strive to continue to serve our community with stitches of love and compassion.

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office sincerely thanks the Phi-Beta-Cabin Quilters for their donation and we are confident that their donation will be very meaningful to those who end up receiving these quilts.
