Bob & Bonnies Supports Agnesian Cancer Care

A morning of cake doughnut sales at Bob & Bonnie’s Donuts and Cakes, located at 54A Halbach Court in Fond du Lac, have led to a donation that will help patients and their families who benefit from Agnesian Cancer Care services.

As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Dan and Jessica Fishelson, Bob & Bonnie’s owners/operators, donated proceeds from a two-hour doughnut sale to the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation to help cancer patients and their families.

“We all know someone who has been affected in some way by cancer,” says Dan Fishelson. “There are few people who have not been touched by its effect. We felt this was one way that we could help spread the word about breast cancer awareness, while at the same time supporting those individuals who are facing this illness as we speak. We’re proud to partner with the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation to make this happen.”

Dan (far right) and Jessica (third from left) Fishelson recently presented a check to Michelle Ries, Agnesian HealthCare Foundation events coordinator (second from left) and Bill Daly, Agnesian HealthCare director of Oncology Services (left).

Bob & Bonnie’s Donuts and Cakes has been a Fond du Lac specialty bakery for 37 years and counting. They make doughnuts on a wholesale basis, selling them to convenience stores, hotels, car dealerships, schools and businesses from Fond du Lac to Green Bay. A brand new bakery is being built on the frontage road and is scheduled for opening in early 2016.
