Campbellsport Man Seriously Injured In Accident
A 22-year-old Campbellsport man was seriously injured when
his truck went off Midland Road Sunday morning and struck a tree. Fond du Lac
County Sheriff’s officials say he was thrown from the truck and was laying on
the roadway. Flight for Life flew him to Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee with
serious injuries. Evidence at the scene indicates that speed and the man not
wearing a seatbelt were factors in the accident. The accident in the Town of
Ashford was reported at 7:55 a.m. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene
by Campbellsport Ambulance and Fire Department.
