Christmas Eve Fire
At 938am on Tuesday, December 24th, 2013, The
Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Don Hannemann residence
located at N4587 River Rd. in the Township of Byron for a report that the
residence was on fire. Fire Departments from the Towns of Oakfield, Lamartine,
along with a City of
Ambulance responded to the scene. The residence has sustained heavy damage.
There was no one home at the time of the fire. The Red Cross is assisting the
family at this time. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
