Competency Hearing Ordered For West Bend Arson Suspect

A mental competency exam has been ordered for a 21-year-old West Bend man suspected of setting fires outside three businesses last month. Lucas Greenwood is charged in Washington County Court with two felony arson counts and four misdemeanors. He allegedly started fires in a wicker basket, dumpster, and utility trailer outside separate businesses in West Bend. He is being held in the Washington County Jail on a $5,000 cash bond. His next court date is April 13th.
