Efforts Continue To Place Two Sex Offenders In Dodge County

Efforts continue to place two violent sex offenders in Dodge County. Sheriff Dale Schmidt says eventually Robert Larson and Jonathan Miller will be placed in a residence. He says hearings are coming up in May and a residence in Reeseville they were supposed to be placed in was taken off the market. Schmidt says two locations they were supposed to be placed in weren’t appropriate and he was asked to do an investigation on the residence in Reeseville, which he also felt was inappropriate. Schmidt says those offenders have the right to be placed in a residence, but the public should also be protected against them. The sex offenders’ victims were children and an adult woman.
