Fatal Punching Suspect Pleads “Not Guilty”

An Oshkosh
man accused of punching another man in the face during a dispute over $18 –
causing that man’s death – says he is not guilty. 34-year old Christopher Barry
faces one count of aggravated battery for allegedly punching Steven Mallas in
the face one time back in October. Mallas died five days later from
complications due to that injury. Barry is now set to stand trial in February.
