FDL Area Association Of Commerce Endorses Three For City Council

The Fond du Lac Area Association of Commerce Board of Directors has endorsed three candidates for the April 7 Fond du Lac City Council election. Representing over 830 businesses in the greater Fond du Lac area, the AC Board is recommending incumbents Catherine Block and Greg Giles and newcomer Brian Kolstad. Block and Giles currently serve on the Council and are running for reelection. Kolstad is a senior application developer with wisnet.com, LLC and has been a resident of Fond du Lac for 40 years. “We are confident that these are the best candidates to represent the business community,” explained AC president and CEO, Joe Reitemeier. “These individuals have proven themselves to have the greatest understanding of the issues facing Fond du Lac, as well as what is needed to ensure financial security and economic growth for the city.”
