FDL County Finishes 2016 With Fifth Lowest Unemployment Rate In The State

The unemployment rate for the City and County of Fond du Lac held nearly steady for the final month of 2016. According to Federal Labor statistics the City’s rate remained at the same rate as November’s at 3.1 percent, while the County’s increased slightly from 2.9 to 3 percent over that month. Fond du Lac County finished the year with the 5th lowest jobless rate of the state’s 72 counties.
