FDL County Homes Sales Down Slightly In February
Sales of existing homes in Fond du Lac County slipped by 5.5 percent last month compared to February of 2016. According to the Wisconsin Realtors Association home sales across the state were down by 2.6 percent for the month. Meanwhile the median price of a home in the County continued to rise by 12.1 percent compared to the previous February. WRA officials say February is not typically a month where they see a lot of homes sales in Wisconsin. Year to date 114 existing homes have been sold in Fond du Lac County compared to 120 a year ago.
