FDL HS Tennis Courts And Gym Floor Improvements Progressing

Work is progressing on improvements to the Fond du Lac High School tennis courts and the gym floor in the Field House. District Coordinator of Facility Services John Williams gave the school board an update Monday evening. District Superintendent Jim Sebert says the tennis courts needed improving. He says it needed improvements for physical education, competitive tennis, and community use. He says when it is finished the district will have one of the premiere facilities in the area. He says the gym floor at the Field House will take most of the summer to replace. The school board also approved changes to employees’ health insurance benefits for the new academic year that starts in July. He says the changes will cut the premium increase essentially in half.  He says the increase would have been around 12 percent, but now will be 5.5 to 6.5 percent. The board also approved the appointment of Frank Endejan as the Expulsion Hearing Officer for the new school year.
