A 21-year-old Fond du Lac man who allegedly sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl in a bathroom at the public library last weekend has been charged with two misdemeanors. Bond was set at $1,000 cash when Edmund Banach made his initial appearance in Fond du Lac County Court this week. He is charged with having sex with a child 16 or older and obstructing an officer.
