FDL Man Sentenced To Prison For Battery And Assault

Fond du Lac County Judge Robert Wirtz sentenced a 36-year-old Fond du Lac man to 23 years in prison and 8 years of extended supervision Wednesday. Daniel Sease was sentenced on charges of strangulation and suffocation and aggravated battery. The victim a Menasha woman was sexually assaulted and beaten. A 2nd degree sexual assault charge was dismissed on a prosecutor’s motion.

What he did was wrong but to send someone to jail for 23years for aggravated battery is not right..she set him up all because he didn't want to be in a relationship with her anymore.. thats just straight up wrong.people get lesser time in jail for homicide
