FDL Man Subject Of Silver Alert

Update: The Silver Alert for John Mason has been cancelled. He was found safe in Door County Thursday at around 8:45 pm.

A 73-year-old Fond du Lac man is the subject of a statewide Silver Alert. The state’s Department of Justice issued the alert about John Mason Thursday afternoon. He was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a red sweatshirt, green jacket, and baseball cap. He is known to frequent Bublitz’s Family Restaurant and Lomira High School. He drives a 2007 Green Toyota Camry with Wisconsin license plate 744JVG. Anyone with information is asked to call the Fond du Lac Co Sheriff’s Office at (920) 929-3390.
