FDL Man Suspected Of Shooting Incident Posts Bond

The 43-year-old Fond du Lac man suspected of firing off six shots from a gun inside a residence in the 100 block of East 11th Street last Thursday night is free on bond. Timothy Traver posted a $500 cash bond after his initial hearing in Fond du Lac County Court Monday. He is facing misdemeanor counts of operating a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct. No one was hurt during the incident, but the Fond du Lac Police Department’s SWAT team was called to respond. A plea and sentencing hearing is scheduled April 3rd and if needed a jury trial on May 4th.
