FDL Man Who Threatened Applebees Bound Over For Trial

The 32-year-old Fond du Lac man who wrote a threatening letter to Applebee’s corporate office in Waukesha has been bound over for trial in Fond du Lac County Court. A preliminary hearing was held for Anthony Guerrero Thursday and he was also arraigned pleading not guilty to charges of making terrorist threats and defamation for threatening to bring a firearm to work. According to the criminal complaint he had a beef with a co-worker at the Applebee’s in Fond du Lac and posed as that employee in the letter. He allegedly threatened that the next employee that made him angry “will get popped.”
