FDL Murder Suspect Bound Over For Trial

Fond du Lac County Judge Gary Sharpe Friday
morning found probable cause to bind Eve Nance over for trial. She is the
37-year-old Fond du Lac woman accused of shooting her husband Timoty to death at
their 10th Street home on November 1st and then disposing of his body in some
woods in Milwaukee. The preliminary hearing was adjoured Thursday afternoon to
Friday morning so that the public defender for Nance could see the autopsy
report that an associate medical examiner was referring to during her testimony.
Nance is currently being held in the Fond du Lac County Jail on a $300,000 cash
bond, but Judge Sharpe is considering a request from District Attorney Eric
Toney to increase the bond amount to $1 million.
