FDL Murder Suspect Pleads Not Guilty During Arraignment

The 37-year-old Fond du Lac woman accused of
shooting her husband to death and dumping his body in woods in Milwaukee was
arraigned in Fond du Lac County Court Friday afternoon. Eve Nance pled not
guilty to 1st degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse charges. The
charges stem from the November 1st death of Timothy Nance who she reported
missing four days later. Judge Gary Sharpe also denied a request from Eve
Nance’s lawyer to allow her to see her sister Tina Ewell. Ewell was originally
charged along with Nance in connection with Timothy Nance’s disappearance, but
