FDL Murder Suspects Bound Over For Trial

The two Fond du Lac men suspected of robbing and shooting 30-year-old Logan Foster to death have been bound over for trial. Devon Neuman and Jesse Schultz both waived their preliminary hearings in Fond du Lac County Court Thursday. Both are facing first degree intentional homicide and armed robbery charges as a party to a crime. Neuman is also charged with carrying a concealed weapon. Foster’s body was found in a parking lot across from the Press Box Tavern on September 23rd. He had been shot twice. Neuman and Schultz are being held in the Fond du Lac County Jail on $1 million cash bonds.
