FDL Police Captain McKeough Retires Monday

For the second time in four weeks, the Fond du Lac Police
Department is announcing the retirement of a distinguished member of their
leadership team. Captain Pat McKeough will retire Monday after 29 years of
service to the City of Fond du Lac. McKeough began his career with the Police
Department in 1990 as a Police Officer, and was promoted up through the ranks –
holding positions of Sergeant, Lieutenant and Captain. In 2012, McKeough was
assigned as the Commander of the Criminal Investigation Division – where he
served until his retirement. To honor Captain McKeough’s service to the
community, the department is holding a retirement open house and flag
presentation Monday (August 12th) at Noon. The Fond du Lac City
Council will also recognize McKeough’s service to the community at their
meeting next Wednesday night.
