FDL Police Investigating Shooting at Division Street Home

A 70-year-old man from Fond du Lac is in custody after a
shooting at a home on Division Street Sunday evening.

Fond du Lac Police were called to the home in the 500 block
of east Division Street around 6:12 pm for a report of a man being shot. A news
release identifies the victim as a 49-year-old man from Oshkosh. He was taken by
ambulance to St. Agnes Hospital and then flown to Froedert Hospital in
Milwaukee with a gunshot wound to the torso. The Fond du Lac man was arrested
and is currently being held in the County Jail.

Police say they are not looking for any other suspects with
this incident, and that they are continuing their investigation into the shooting.
