Fire on Rose Avenue

Fond du Lac Fire/Rescue was
called to a house fire at 115 Rose
Avenue this morning.  The Fire Department says that the fire was
contained to a 2^nd floor bedroom and it is now out.  Fond du Lac Fire/Rescue Chief Peter O’Leary tells KFIZ that the fire apparently started last evening when some clothes were placed too close to a light.  The resident thought the fire was out but it re-ignited this morning about 5:45am.  The investigation continues.  The Red Cross is on the scene assisting the family.
