Five Injured In Two Vehicle Accident In Dodge County
Five people were injured in a
two-vehicle accident in the Town of Chester early Saturday morning when a Waupun
man ran into the back of another vehicle. Dodge County Sheriff’s officials later
booked 34-year-old Eric Anderson into the County Jail on a charge of Injury by
Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle. Investigators say 35-year-old Thomas Moore of
Clarkton, Missouri, his wife and two teenage children, were traveling south on
Highway 151 in the Town of Chester when Anderson came up from behind them and
struck the rear of their vehicle. The Moore vehicle went into the median and
overturned. All five were taken to Waupun Memorial Hospital. Thomas Moore, his
children and Anderson suffered minor injuries. Thirty-four-year-old Chastity
Moore was later transferred to the UW-Hospital in Madison with non-life
threatening injuries. The accident was reported at 2:46 a.m.
