Former Prison Worker Sentenced For Smuggling Drugs To Inmates

A former Waupun Correctional Institution food service employee accused of smuggling marijuana to inmates has been sentenced to 90 days in jail. Thirty-four-year-old Crystal Sosinski of Oshkosh was sentenced in Dodge County Court this past week. In October of 2016 she threw a glove containing a bag of marijuana into a cafeteria garbage can.  Soon after, an inmate started digging through the trash can.  Afterwards multiple inmates tested positive for marijuana.
