Fox Crossing Judge Pleads “Not Guilty” to Stalking Charge

A Fox Crossing municipal judge is pleading not guilty to charges related to a stalking case. 65-year old Len Kachinsky entered the pleas to felony Stalking and two misdemeanor counts of Violating a Restraining Order.

Kachinsky’s court clerk claims the judge began harassing her in April of 2017 – and then retaliated against her. She obtained a restraining order against him in February, and police say he sent her an email “almost immediately” following the hearing.

He was suspended from the bench followed his arrest – and could spend up to five years behind bars himself.

Kachinsky gained national notoriety after being shown in the Netflix series “Making A Murderer” – as he served as Brendan Dassey’s attorney following Dassey’s arrest for the murder of Teresa Halbach.
