Fox Valley Pro Basketball Has Yet To Turn In Plan

I’m not sure what you call it in the business world, but back in school it was called “turning your homework in late”. In this case, the homework hasn’t been turned in at all. 

It’s February, and the owners of the Menominee Nation Arena in Oshkosh have yet to come up with a plan to get out of bankruptcy. That info was due back in December, but nothing has been filed in federal court yet for Fox Valley Pro Basketball. 

Attorneys for the beleaguered franchise say their plan should be ready by months’ end.
