Froh Joins BBBS Board Of Directors

Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Fond du Lac County is excited to announce a new addition to their Board of Directors, Tracy Froh.

Relocating to Fond du Lac with her husband (who took a job with Grande Cheese Company) and family, Tracy brings a wealth of knowledge to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County.  Her past work experience combines several executive roles that include over 25 years of leadership experience at Procter & Gamble.

While at Procter & Gamble, her duties included managing and developing the organization, as well as setting the strategic direction for multi-year innovation programs across several multi-billion dollar categories.  Froh was part of both the strategic business unit’s General Manager’s Leadership Team and the Global R & D Functional Leadership Team.  Her most recent role was Vice President Global Color Cosmetics Research and Development at Coty (purchased the Cover Girl and Max Factor lines from Procter and Gamble in 2016).

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Fond du Lac County is a United Way Agency that assists children with social, emotional and character development through one-to-one mentoring relationships with caring adults.  The agency matches children with Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Big Couples or Big Families in a community or school based program.  Children aged 6 through 13 can enroll in the program through a parent or guardian referral.  Volunteers need to be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license for the community-based program, 16 years old for the school-based program.  For more information about Big Brothers Big Sisters, call 920-922-8200 or visit www.bbbsfdl.org.
