Gas Leak

The Fond
du Lac Fire Department responded to a natural gas leak
at 405 West Scott Street
on Monday.  Alliant Energy was working in
the area when a gas service line was struck. 
Upon arrival, fire crews evacuated the area and closed Scott Street until
it was determined to be safe.  Alliant
located the line and clamped off the leak. There were no reported
injuries.  The Fond du Lac Police
Department assisted with traffic control.
