Gas Prices Climb

Drivers around Northeast Wisconsin saw a jump at the pump last week. According to GasBuddy, the average price for a gallon of gas was $2.72 on Sunday, a one-cent jump in the Appleton area and a jump of nearly half a cent in Green Bay. Here in Fond du Lac, prices are right around $2.68 per gallon. The national average price per gallon was $2.87 on Sunday, which is a 1.3 cent jump over last week.
