Gubernatorial Race Tight Ahead of Election Day

There are several tight races in Wisconsin ahead of Election Day, and with
just five days until people cast their ballots – the race for governor could
not get any closer. A Marquette University Law School Poll shows Republican
Governor Scott Walker and Democratic challenger Tony Evers are tied with
47-percent of the vote. The poll saw the exact same number of respondents pick
each candidate.

In the race for US Senate, Democratic incumbent Tammy Baldwin
leads Republican challenger Leah Vukmir with 54-percent support against
43-percent. The race for Attorney General is also close, with incumbent Brad Schimel
leading Democratic challenger Josh Kaul in a 47-45 percent race. The latest
poll questioned 1,400 registered voters, with a 3-percent margin of error.
