Highest Day Yet For COVID-19 Tests Produces 733 Positive Cases In WI

Amid ongoing increased
testing, Wisconsin
has set single day records, on COVID-19 test results and confirmed positive
cases. The Wisconsin Department of Health Services reported 13,602 tests
completed, nearly 3,000 more than the previous one day record. There were 733
confirmed positive cases, for a daily positive percentage of 5-point-3 percent.
There are now 17,707 confirmed cases. Eighteen deaths brings to 568, the total
number of Wisconsin lives lost to the pandemic. 


Fond du Lac County added almost a dozen new confirmed tests,
bringing the total confirmed to 200. There are still 9 people hospitalized in
the county as a result of coronavirus. Fond du Lac County
is also approaching the 5,000 mark for negative tests.
