An inmate who escaped from the Dodge County Jail early Friday morning is back in custody. Sheriff's officials say 30-year-old Dylan Farber was taken into custody by Wauwatosa Police on a warrant Friday afternoon. Prior to his escape he was being held in the jail on a $2,000 cash bond on felony fleeing an officer charges. He was also facing charges in Dane and Green Lake Counties. New charges will be filed in Dodge County for the escape. It's believed he stole a 1999 Chevy Suburban in the City of Juneau after his escape.

Dodge County authorities believe the inmate who escaped from their jail early Friday morning stole a vehicle in the City of Juneau. Dylan Farber escaped from the jail about 2 a.m. Friday morning. The stolen vehicle is a tan-colored 1999 Chevy Suburban. It can also be identified by WI license plate number 518ZXT. Anyone with information on Farber’s whereabouts is asked to call the Dodge County Sheriff’s Department at 920-386-3726.

Farber escaped from the Dodge County Jail around 2 o’clock Friday morning. He was being held on a $2,000 cash bond for a felony charge of fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer. He currently has open charges and was being held for Dane and Green Lake counties. Farber was last seen in the City of Juneau wearing khaki pants, a green shirt and orange “croc” type shoes. His last known address was in the City of Fox Lake. Dodge County Deputies along with the Beaver Dam K-9 unit did conduct a search of the area, but were not able to locate him.
