Jury Trial Continues For FDL Woman

A Fond du Lac County jury Wednesday found out more about the layout of house where a Fond du Lac man was killed three years ago. The jury is hearing testimony in the trial of 36-year-old Tina Ewell who is accused of helping her sister Eve Nance hide the body of Tim Nance after killing him in the home. Eve Nance has already been tried and convicted for the murder. The Nance’s daughter Tamika was asked to identify different rooms in the house from photographs, including the bathroom where Tim Nance was shot and killed. Tim Nance’s best friend Benjamin Bobo was also asked to identify a photograph of the inside of the garage. Deputy District Attorney Dennis Krueger referred to a section of it as a “Man Cave,” but Bobo laughed and said they called it the “Bud Light Room.” Eve Nance told investigators she carried her husband’s body through the house and out into the garage by herself where she loaded it into her Buick Rendezvous. The trial continues today.
