Kittens Left At FDL Humane Society Doorstep

Someone left two plastic tote containers, one full of kittens at the Fond du Lac Humane Society Shelter Monday. One box had nothing in it, but the other had 18 kittens. Shelter Manager Renee Webb says the mother cat wasn’t among the cats and the kittens were sick. Seven of them will have to be bottle fed. The kittens vary in age and the older ones have actually been helping out the younger kittens. They have been cleaning them and cuddling with them to keep them warm. Anyone who would like to donate to help with the care of the kittens, volunteer or would consider adoption should contact the Humane Society. (Humane Society photo)
