Liquor License For Butchers Block Approved

The North Fond du Lac Village Board this week approved a provisional liquor license for The Butcher’s Block. Although the PDQ Store closed down, the Butcher’s Block is leasing that space from the new owner Kwik Trip and they will be open through at least February. The liquor license will allow them to continue to sell liquor in the store. Village Administrator Chuck Hornung says it is a good thing for the village that the Butcher’s Block will continue to operate out of that location. They will not be able to sell tobacco products or gasoline at the store. The Butcher’s Block has been at that location for 17 years.
