Lower Drunk Driving Definition Will Be Debated

State Senator Rick Gudex says he will leave it up to federal legislators to debate the merit of lowering the drunken driving legal definition. There’s been a move afoot to lower the definition from .08 to .05. Gudex says if that’s what people want and that’s the direction they think we should go that who is to stop it. He says he hopes federal legislators will hear from their constituents and there will be arguments on both sides of the issue. He says that would be a real tough sell here in Wisconsin.
