Marian Students Donate To NAMI

Marian University’s Student Social Work Association (SSWA) donated $3,347.50 to the Fond du Lac Chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

 

On October 4, 2017, Marian University’s SSWA hosted a presentation on Trauma-Informed Care and Adverse Childhood Experiences by Dr. Matthew Doll, Ph.D. from Agnesian HealthCare.

 

Members of Marian University’s Student Social Work Association donated their time and efforts in coordinating the event and were able to raise $3,347.50 to benefit NAMI of Fond du Lac. Members involved include Marian Social Work students: Taylor Bufton, Heather Bunge, Sarah Fields, Cassi Giese, Diana Lara, Laura Lukoski, Megan Prather, Alyson Sanders, Amanda Schmahl, Jenna Skroski, and Anna Steberg.
