Marijuana Citation Dropped for Packers TE Kendricks, Charge to be Filed
A marijuana possession citation is being
dismissed for Green Bay Packers tight end Lance Kendricks – and a criminal
charge will be filed. Kendricks was issued the citation after a traffic stop
last September in
smelled marijuana and found some inside the glove box during a search. Because
it was an ordinance violation, Kendricks was not required to appear in cou rt
this week – and did not do so. The Outagamie County District Attorney’s office
is filing a criminal charge, but it’s unclear when that case will come down, or
even what specific charges will be filed. Kendricks’ attorney would not comment
on the potential charges.
