National Exchange Bank And Trust Announces Staff Promotions

Fond du Lac, Wis. – National Exchange Bank & Trust President and Chief Operating Officer Jim Chatterton has announced numerous promotions within the organization.

Courtney Jahn – Enterprise Risk Manager and Chief Information Security Officer

Courtney Jahn moves into the Enterprise Risk Manager and Chief Information Security Officer role and will focus on minimizing risk associated with earnings, capital, financial reporting. He has been with the Bank since 2007, and most recently served as the organization’s Chief Information Officer.

Jahn holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Management Systems and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Jahn is a member of InfraGard, a partnership between the FBI and private sector businesses, institutions and agencies dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the U.S.

Originally a native of Oconomowoc, he and his wife, Robin reside in Hartford, WI.

Wally DeVries—Asst. Vice President-Credit

Wally DeVries has been promoted to Assistant Vice President – Credit and will continue to serve as an analyst and consultant, specializing in commercial loans and complex lending opportunities, working closely with the bank’s commercial lending team. He joined the bank in 2006.

DeVries, a graduate of Ripon College, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. He is active in his church.

DeVries, his wife Jackie, and three children are residents of Fond du Lac.

Mollie Schill—Asst. Vice President-Regional Operations Leader

Mollie Schill has been named Asst. Vice President-Regional Operations Leader. Her operational responsibilities and leadership duties include the bank’s Kettle Moraine region, which is comprised of offices in Allenton, Brownsville, Campbellsport, Eden, Marytown, Mayville, Mt. Calvary and West Bend. She joined the organization in 1979, and has held various roles of increasing responsibility.

Schill serves as a Director and Secretary for the Campbellsport Scholarship Foundation, a member of the Campbellsport High School Advisory Committee and the Campbellsport Chamber of Commerce.

Schill and her husband Tim reside in Campbellsport.

Peggy Zickert—Asst. Vice President-Regional Operations Leader

Peggy Zickert has been promoted to Asst. Vice President-Regional Operations Leader and will continue her leadership role and operational responsibilities with emphasis on the Customer Service and Personal Banker staff within the organization’s central region. This includes National Exchange Bank locations in Milwaukee, Omro, as well as the Fond du Lac based Festival Foods office, North Main Street and West Johnson Street offices. She will also serve as the Operations Leader for the Customer Service Staff at the South Main Street location. Zickert joined the bank in 2008, and has fulfilled various roles including Compliance Officer and Personal Banking Supervisor.

Zickert is a member of the Eldorado Lions Club and serves as a Director for Fond du Lac Loaves and Fishes. A graduate of Marian University, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Business Management.

Zickert is a resident of Rosendale.

Deanna Respalje—Loan Operations Officer

Deanna Respalje will take on leadership of the underwriting function in this new role, working closely with the Loan Services Department and across the organization’s retail lending function. Since joining the staff in 2003, Respalje has fulfilled various duties including credit analysis and supervisory roles in mortgage loan processing and document imaging.

Respalje is a graduate of Marian University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, as well as a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership

Respalje, her husband Jeff and two children reside in Fox Lake.

Tara Hauge—Operations Officer

Tara Hauge has been named Operations Officer in alignment with her current duties in operational leadership for the Pardeeville and Cambria offices. With a cumulative 10 years of banking experience, Hauge joined National Exchange Bank & Trust in 2004. She has served in roles including that of Customer Service Representative and Teller Supervisor.

A member of the Pardeeville Area Business Association, Hauge holds diplomas in Bank Operations and General Banking from the Center for Financial Training.

Hauge is currently a resident of Fox Lake.

Brandon Hutchinson—Mortgage Loan Representative

Brandon Hutchinson will be transitioning from the role of Credit Analyst to this new role in lending, with emphasis on growing the retail lending business at the Milwaukee office of National Exchange Bank & Trust.

Hutchinson is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, with a BA in Finance with emphasis on Real Estate.

Originally from Brookfield, Brandon currently resides in Waukesha.
