Neenah Man Faces Federal Meth Charges
A Neenah man is now facing federal charges for allegedly having more than 50 grams of meth with the intent to distribute. 33-year old Jeff Melgar faces a potential mandatory 10-year prison sentence, and up to life in prison if convicted.
The case was investigated by the US Postal Inspection Service, DEA, and Lake Winnebago Area Metropolitan Enforcement Group.
Melgar is set to appear in court on Tuesday.
