Neosho Woman Killed In Dodge County Traffic Accident

Dodge County Sheriff’s officials have released the name of the 42-year-old Neosho woman killed in a rollover accident on County Highway NN Saturday night. Karen Mcnitt went off the roadway in the Town of Rubicon where she hit an embankment and her SUV went airborne. It rolled when it landed Mcnit was thrown from her vehicle and died at the scene.

A 42-year-old Neosho woman was killed in a
rollover accident on Dodge County Highway NN in the Town of Rubicon Saturday
night. Sheriff’s officials say she was driving her SUV heading east when she
went over the centerline and lost control. The SUV went into a counter clockwise
spin and entered a ditch where it hit an embankment. The vehicle then became
airborne and when it landed it rolled over several times landed on its roof. The
woman was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene. The accident was
reported at 8:20 p.m. Saturday night.
